By placing an order on ourbrilliantruin.sellfy.store, the purchaser agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms thoroughly before finalizing the purchase.

1. Order Information

By placing an order, the purchaser agrees to purchase the products listed at the prices indicated, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. The right is reserved to modify or cancel any orders if necessary, with notification provided as soon as possible if any issues arise with the purchase.

2. Print-On-Demand Products

All items are custom-made and printed on demand. Once an order is placed, it is custom printed for that order. As a result, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted on any custom-ordered merchandise.

 

Important: Please verify that all details (size, color, design) are accurate before completing the order. As each item is custom-made upon order, exchanges or returns are not possible.

3. Shipping & Delivery*

Sellfy aims to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, please note the following shipping policies.

  • Shipping Issues: If a package is lost in transit, a claim must be submitted within 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date.

  • Rejected / Undeliverable Packages: If an item cannot be delivered or is rejected, it will be returned to the production facility. These items will be donated to charity.

*Please note we are not currently accepting orders from the UK or EU at this time.

4. Damaged / Defective Items / Refunds

To report a damaged or defective item, please contact Sellfy Support at support@sellfy.com and include the following information.

  • Order ID number, name, address. 
  • An image of the damaged or defective item.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

For information on how Sellfy collects, uses, and protects information, please refer to Sellfy’s Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation Of Liability

Studio Hermitage is not liable for any damages or loss of products resulting from inaccurate information provided on the order, issues caused by third-party carriers, or any circumstances beyond the control of the seller. Additionally, liability for any indirect, special, or consequential damages is disclaimed.

7. Changes To Terms

Studio Hermitage reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will reflect the most recent changes.

 

Continuing to use this site after any changes to the Terms & Conditions constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of those changes.
